Forces and H.Q. in Operation "Dani"
In Operation "Dani" took part several Brigades.
The 8th Brigade (Armored) under the command of Isaac Sade, included 82nd and 89th Battalions.
Yiftach Brigade under the command of Mula Cohen, included the 1st and 3rd Battalions, 3 companies each.
Harel Brigade under the command of Yosef Tabenkin, included the 4th and 6th Battalions, 3 companies each and the 61st Battalion from Etzyoni Brigade.
Kiryati Brigade under the command of Michael Ben-Gal, included the 42nd, 43rd, 44th Battalions and some Garrison Battalions.
Alexandroni Brigade under the command of Dan Even, included the 32nd and the 33rd Battalions.
Artillery Corps.
Operation H.Q.:
The Operation's commander was Yigal Alon and his deputy was Isaac Rabin. Eliezer Shoshani was the Administration Officer replaced by Hanan Deshe. The Operations Officer was Moshe Ben-David (Moris). Zrubavel Arbel was the Intelligence Officer.
