Pluga Het (Company Eight)

The company was assembled at the beginning of 1944, even before the completion of the manning of the existing companies, following the headquarters decision to establish a new institution of a recruited force which would camp near Jerusalem.
The company's men were recruited from all the sectors of society. It camped and followed a routine of agricultural labor and military training in Kiryat Anavim, Ramat Rachel, Beit Ha'arava and later in Ma'ale Hahamisha and Kfar Etzion as well.
